「This was my husband and I's first time to Pennsylvania, we aren't huge fans of hotels and motels with everybody ontop of each other and the ability to hear everyones conversations. When I came across the lodges at Gettysburg it seemed to good to be true for the booking price, stand alone cabin and ammenities. To say I was extremely happy when we arrived is an understatement. They offer a variety of options and everything we had was delicious. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect. Located at the northern end of the Union Fishook and a stone’s throw from East Cemetary Hill is perfect for anyone wanting easy access to the battlefield. 「We booked a one night stay and had a great experience. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Included parking on site is a big plus. We were within walking distance to the center of town and plenty of shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was good and a staff member was manning the area in case we needed anything.」

「Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.」

「The best for location to Gettysburg very close to all driving tours and restaurants. Our room was extremely clean,breakfast was just right,and the staff was awesome So happy to have stayed there, will again.oh plus, a very quiet location.」

「The Oak restaurant was perfect. Ate there both nights on a two night stay. Room was very comfortable and staff were helpful in simply providing towels and toiletries after the first night. Front desk staff was also very accommodating allowing me to park my motorcycle right off the entrance, despite signs to the contrary, and 260 woman bikers there for a rally. Th hot tub even worked.」

「The room carpet was so filthy that my 18 month olds feet were completely black from playing for 2 hours. I will NEVER get a room there again, I go to Gettysburg several times a year and I will gladly pay $ 700 to a much cleaner hotel. The cleaning ladies work like dogs to get everything done before they get sent home, I’m assuming to save money for the hotel, that hotel will forever be known as the LOW QUALITY INN.」

「Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people.」
