Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is swept and everything wiped down. They did nothing but make remake the bed did not even put clean sheets on it very disappointed will not stay again I travel for work and I will be there often throughout the year. We’ll find other accommodations.
Toilet seat was not secure down properly. Every time you sat down toilet seat slid sideways.
Inside a refrigerator everything was frozen and fridge was not clean

Something splattered on the door was never cleaned prior to my arrival

They did not clean the room , I had washed my face after work (working in the Mill) so the washer was dirty Next day Came in after work and notice towels were reset nothing else was cleaned They had hung up and reloaded my dirty towels Spoke to front desk stated they would have housekeeping come clean my room properly Again dirty towel were rehung up This time I took the towels down to front desk the gentleman running the hotel did not seem to care asks if I wanted clean towels and proceeded to get me clean towels Floors were never swept , counters and table tops were never cleaned Bathtub was not cleaned had hair left on edge of tub as I have alopecia I do not have hair. It was not mine. I myself went to Dollar General and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself as I travel for work. I did not have time to deal with finding other accommodations after working 12 hour shift seven days a week. Gentleman out front desk stated he would make sure there was fruit and breads in the morning for me since I leave for work early at the Papermill lady at dusk was getting breakfast prepared asked if there was any fruit or anything I could grab on the way out. She told me now it’s not ready yet at 6 AM. Very disappointed will not be back

Yes. Nice room. But the breakfast was something less desirable. The apples were rotting. No pastries. And the sausage looked like it had been warmed from the day before. Otherwise, nice stay.

This was one of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in this year. For the price, it was the absolute best. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, and waffles plus cereal and fruit, just like the big-name hotels we've stayed in. The room was spacious, large screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and hair dryer. Both queen beds were super comfortable. The only negative was that DirecTV would lose the signal from time to time. Otherwise, it was an awesome 3-night stay.

The first room they gave us there was an empty roll of toilet paper, and the toilet seat was up with urine visible on the bowl. The front desk clerk readily switched us to a new room - one that was probably an upgrade. There were some hairs on the pillows (which were awful), and the hot tub was filthy. The bathroom itself had been cleaned at least. The hot water was not hot enough. One of our towels had holes in it from wear. There was a black trash bag (presumably filled with trash?) sitting in the hallway on the way to our room. The stairwells were not vacuumed, and one had a mysterious liquid substance on one of the landings. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - we went out instead. We will not be back. The only pleasant parts of our stay were the front desk clerk, the upgrades they did to the room (very stylish), and good temperature control.

My husband and I are used to staying in economical hotels—he is military and I work in education—so our expectations are always reasonable. However, our stay at the Sleep Inn in Gettysburg fell well below even basic standards. We were upcharged for a jetted tub that was advertised as part of the room, which felt misleading from the start. The hotel sits on a very noisy, busy road, and the traffic noise made it difficult to relax. Inside the room, essentials weren’t maintained. Housekeeping never replenished towels, coffee, or toilet paper, and we ended up using a grocery bag for trash because nothing was refreshed. The refrigerator didn’t function properly and froze all of our food, regardless of how we adjusted the temperature gauge. The breakfast bar was nearly empty, offering little more than toast and apples. We don’t expect luxury, but we do expect honesty, basic upkeep, and a clean, functional room. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark. We wouldn’t choose this location again unless significant improvements are made.

Overall, the value for the stay and rooms were really good. I felt the rooms were very updated and comfortable. Only major issues are small things such as lobby cleanliness with having cases and clutter visible when entering. Open closets the whole stay with no door. Continental breakfast had good potential but it was not refilled until it was empty and other guests asked multiple times for refill. I like the potential but there are some parts that need smoothed out.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Wish there was bagels or something for disc eggs and disc sausages. No juices except orange juice. Amd only fruit was apples.
