We had a wonderful stay at Bedford Springs for the Grand Illumination weekend! They had great activities, music, and events for the family to enjoy kicking off the start of the holiday season. The staff from the front on through the whole resort were wonderful. We has a great time!

Yes,the room was perfect and the staff were so very friendly! Only problem was I thought we would have a complimentary continental breakfast but we didnt. I also think the bathtub in 350 could use more caulking around the tub. Only to keep water out. Also all the light bulbs in 350 bathroom went out except the one above tub, which was fine with us. Thats all, had a great time,looking forward to doing it again in the future!

Beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly from store clerks to valet. Can’t say enough good things about this resort hotel. It was our first time here and there will be many more. Great job Omni Bedford!

Bed was a little too hard … the front desk had a pillow topper that solved the issue the issue promptly. I loved the food the games the staff so much .
