"The hotel itself is under renovation. What anyone failed to tell is that for close to $200 for one night that we wouldn't have any hot water. It was lukewarm the evening that we got in after running the water for 5+ minutes. This morning prior to check out... No hot water at all. I checked out and asked the counter person if they knew of that issue and the response I received back was "gotta love renovations... I'll put some points on your IHG card sorry about that". I do not use my IHG account.. I only stayed there because of the area. I haven't stayed in a holiday inn prior to this for personal travel in YEARS. So her putting a few points on my account helps me absolutely none at all. So yeah ... Wasn't happy on this stay at all. "

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. If you’re room is on the first floor you can hear the people in the room above. Not just the sound of them walking around, but talking too. Very poor sound proofing between floors. "
