「Had a wonderful day at Tru by Hilton, beautiful, new hotel, everything was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I would most definitely stay again. Thank you for the great accommodations. I would highly recommend this place!」

「The sheets were stained and had bugs. When letting the front desk know I was told there were not any other rooms available. I asked to get my money back and he said he did not know how to do a refund. I reported this to Expedia and will be asking for my money back. Not only was the bed sheets filthy but the walls in the hallway were not clean either. Management needs to be reviewed at this hotel. We ended up leaving and getting a room in a different hotel. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!」

「From start to finish, we had an excellent stay. Staff was helpful and friendly and very on top of things when a bad storm came through. Will definitely return!」

「This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine.」

「Okay I stayed here twice the first time was horrible bad or non-existent amenities i.e. shower gel or shampoo stuff like that. Asked the lady at the front desk if she had any and she could not have cared less if I had or needed anything else she already had the money. later that night after I went to get something to eat the cops were there and arrested a drug dealer. Many people there live there full time. looked and felt like a tenement in a slum in NY. I will never stay there or any other...
