Mattress seemed like one side was firm, the other, a black hole. Poor sleep. Several people outside the window on the ground floor making noise at 6:30am. The bulletproof glass and giant wall of security camera feeds was an interesting welcome to this place when checking in. Missed out on the “Signs of Human Trafficking” posters from my other stays at Quality Inns. I’ll choose somewhere else next time I’m passing through Hagerstown.

This place was sketchy...Getting close to the hotel we saw a "homeless" guy on the street with a sign asking for $$$...later we found out he was staying at our hotel. The place was a bit dirty and definitely needs some improvements. The TV was from 2000 or so and quite small with no way to use the inputs. The bed was a bit soft but I slept pretty good. This was a cheap hotel that cost more than it should...I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and newly renovated but they kept some of the old stuff like the main door and the TV for example. The fridge was set on freezer mode. Everything we put in it at midnight was frozen by 7 am. The see through curtains were missing.

We had an overnight stay here while traveling - The bed was comfortable, the rooms were reasonably clean, the breakfast was alright. Overall it is what you would expect at this price point. Would stay again if needed.

The room was adequate for my one night stay and the price was reasonable. The room itself was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Nothing fancy but served its purpose. The free buffet breakfast had a nice variety and was served in the times advertised. There was a couple of sketchy people in the parking lot but they didn’t interact with me and seemed harmless.
