"I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks. "
