「The location is perfect, restaurants, shops closeby and bus no. 11 will take you to tourist spots i.e. Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey (where Prince William & Kate Middleton got married). It will also take you to Waterloo East Underground Subway which one stop away to London Bridge & Tower Bridge. Will definitely stay again.」

「Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. 」

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「Worst night sleep I’ve had for a while. There are bars right outside and they will keep you up until the people go home. I had a person in the room next to me talking at 2am loudly on the phone, the walls must be super thin. Room was fine and the location is good, but don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper.」

「The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

「Front door is tricky, and needed wash cloths and dish cloths.」

「The apartment was 2 bedroom with a kitchen, no common room(living room). The apartment was dusty and dirty. the floors were sticky. Outside there was garbage everywhere. Judging by the homeless people milling by the apartment entrance, we were not in the best neighborhood. Not the end of the world for us as we spent very little time there.」
