「The place was adorable, cute, and cozy came out for a wedding and book this place it was amazing. Easy check in . Cozy and access to places i need was a breeze. Highly recommend will be saving this place for future stays.」

「I liked that it was close to the beach, around 1 block. It is a quiet neighborhood, I slept like a baby. The towels and bed linens were impecable and very comfortable. The house was clean, but there’s a very strong bad cigarette odor as soon as you walk in the house. Unfortunately, do to the surroundings there’s a lot of bugs, I found a huge cockroach in the master bedroom, and also in the master bedroom a dirty pillow, I am sure the cleaning crew just missed it. 「We picked this place because of the pool, I was disappointed to find out when we arrived that the pool was under construction and not open. This is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. Also the host could provide more information in the room on the San Destin community. I didn’t realize how large it was or how much there was available to us, you would think with a property in this community that they would try to use it to their advantage to sell a better product....

「All things including the room service, hotel location, communication with manager, no lobby hall or even front desk are not acceptable for a family vacation, from the memories remained only the American Bay and meeting with old friends and that it. I do not recommend such a vacation to anyone, otherwise there will be a spoiled mood and bitter aftertaste. 」

「The home was fully stocked and amendable. Everything we needed for the beach too from towels to chairs. (My daughter’s family stayed in a Condo nearby and they were not as fortunate.) We had shops within a block including a CVS pharmacy and Winn Dixie grocery store. 10/10 Highly recommend! 」
