「Check in was easy and staff most courteous.The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.」

「The restaurant below the hotel is delicious. The basic rooms are just a simple small room with a bed and bathroom, the suite was worth the extra money. Stairs are a little steep to get up carrying your luggage, Parking was across the street but not a terrible walk, Overall I enjoyed my stay.」

「Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.」

「When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. And when we checked...

「Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.」

「All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」
