"We were there just for a place to sleep. Everything seemed good to go. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Was going to arrive later so I called the front desk and spoke to Rosie, she was awesome on the phone and at check-in. Hope I spelled her name correctly. "

"The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor—similar to fish or something decaying—which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned: there were visible stains on the shower curtain, and noticeable hand and arm prints on the headboard and other surfaces from previous guests. As a former housekeeper, this did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom lighting was limited to the mirror area, which made visibility poor. The carpet felt like it needed a thorough vacuuming and deep cleaning. The provided soaps also felt very cheap and were extremely drying. We even tried using room spray to mask the smell, but it did not help. Given the condition of the room n hotel overall, the pricing does not feel appropriate and should be lower to reflect the overall experience."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The staff here display a mob in a gang mentality, and there is a history of this if you read the lowest star reviews. My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. The entire staff changed their attitude. They were all rude dismissive. They were unhelpful. They did not give us any leeway or provide us with proper pricing on a room to stay out the huge blizzard last weekend. Juan was not there at six in the morning, but somehow was back after breakfast. When he saw me come in the lobby that morning he bolted from the front office and got in my personal space towering over me. A black gentleman housekeeper came on the left side, and I was completely towered over by two giant men. While Quan was screaming, and pointing for me to get out, I was threatened with violence, I feared for my life, and thought they were gonna shove me in one of the open rooms they were cleaning, and I wouldn’t be able to get out. I’ve called police, left message with Wyndham I’ve called organizations they don’t care, and when the manager finally called me, let’s just say she insulted me because I have mental illness Do not take your families there ever!!!! "

"I reserved a room with a king size bed online. By the time I checked in later that day I was told that my room was already given away. I was given a room I don’t want and was given no discount for the inconvenience. Hotel was dirty and even though I smoke weed, the smell of it coming from the hallways wasn’t appropriate. Pretty sure there was a “lady of the night” hosting get togethers there while I was there. If you stay here, good luck and lock your car doors!!"
