「Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.」

「Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!」
