The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」

「Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.」

「We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again. The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included. 」
