「We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! 」

「Excellent staff and room was very clean. Parking was Limited due to one corner of lot not draining and under some water. Another parking spot and adjacent area was full of cigarette butts」

「The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. 」

「The Breakfast was mediocre, I was underwhelmed by the lack of quality. The rooms were very clean and the property was clean. Staff were kind and pleasant. 」

「All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」

「very clean and peaceful stay for 3 nights. staffs are very kind and polite. Very helpful whenever you are asking them questions.」

「The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.」

「Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.」
