「Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of...

「I called the hotel at Noon on 4/3/2026 before booking for the night of 4/3/2026. I called to inquire about the hot tub and pool because my wife and I were having a night away and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a hot tub to relax. We were assured the hot tub was working properly. When we arrived at check in, we were informed the hot tub was not working. Also, breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again, and very disappointed that we stayed here. It ruined our weekend away.」
