Issues during check-in, we arrived at 10pm and the door was locked. Had to call numerous times to get to the room, took about an hour. The bathroom could use a refresh. However the staff member was kind and the bed was comfortable and clean. The lobby is nice and breakfast was basic but sufficient. Okay value for the price-point and good location off the hwy. But if arriving late call to confirm you can get to your room.

We arrived after we had booked a room on Expedia. And we knocked on the door and called the number and the owner answered and said she has no room for us that all the rooms were booked so we had to go find a room at a different hotel.

Arrived around 10:30pm only to find that no one answering the phone or door, regardless of the signs stating check in is 3pm-12pm with a call number. Expedia left me stranded in a thunderstorm for 3.5 hours and waiting until nearly 1:00 a.m. for their so called “resolution”.

Very clean & nicely decorated motel, beautiful flower garden in front of building. Oftentimes no one at front desk but when staff member was available, she was very nice & friendly. Pet fee was first quoted at $20/night but when we checked in, it was just raised to $25.

I prebooked and paid online 6 hours in advance and when i arrived at the hotel around 12am there was nobody at the front desk to unlock the front door for me. There was a message posted on the door saying no check in after 12am, no exceptions. I later reviewed the website to see if that was posted anywhere and it was not. I ended up having to stay in a different hotel for the night. The next morning I gave them a call and asked if i could have a refund or have credit for another night there and they declined both. The workers were really rude and not understanding at all. I am now out over $100.
