「Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.」

Mildew on the tile grout in a significant portion of the shower walls, and the plastic striping at the outside of the shower separating. 「This hotel was the cheapest rate we found for a newer hotel. The sweetness of the deal did not last as long as living with a budget hotel. The pro’s: the staff was nice, our tv worked the first two days, we loved having the mini fridge and microwave in the room. We asked a staff member what we should see in Benton Harbor. 「I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...
