"Thr building smelled heavy of smoke. Luckily our room was ok & clean. Check in lady was nice. Wish we'd known ahead of time that the steakhouse was closed. We were looking forward to a nice dinner. Had to go elsewhere. The casino was ok. Many empty cups of cigarettes beside or on the machines. The band that night was great! That was a plus. I wouldn't go back."

"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. Also the signature that makes the double tree stand out if the amazing colors that we weren’t offer at registration, when I asked for them they said they had none and they were hopping to have them back In the near future 😳 but I saw some guess on the elevator with cookies. Bummer."

"The Pool was completely closed. The Receptionist was hard to reach. The Place could use a remodel and clean up better. There was barely any breakfast items available. The place is kinda old and creepy."
