"Room was very clean and enough Parking lot"

"Airport shuttle was a joke. Made a reservation for it and they didn't have room for me when they arrived. Ended up taking an uber. Pretty much just a place to sleep for an early morning flight."

"The hotel displays aging. The walls need to be refreshed, the doors & locks shows sign of overuse. The carpet along the corridor, needs cleaning or replacing. Once this upgrade is done, it would attract more customers."

"It was pretty clean. I think it is overpriced, but everything is and the reviews of cheaper hotels were not clean. Staff was kind. I wish hotels could have a little check option for disabled people to ask what they need, since it is different for everyone. I wish I was closer to the elevator, for example. Some ppl may wanna be opposite and as far away from people/elevator or need to be on the first floor due to dizziness, etc. I realize the way they build hotels is not conducive to that all the time, either. Inclusion needs to happen in the planning for the staff to be able to be flexible. But they were great, this is a constructive feedback on the hotel process itself. The hotel needs a larger parking lot, too. Breakfast was processed stuff, pretty standard continental. Shower was clean and hot. Room was warm. Not too quiet but quiet enough."

"It did the trick to have a place to stay for the night but don’t expect anything more than that. I’ve seen worse but it’s nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is very limited so if you have a truck and trailer you might want to find something else."

"Spent 5 nights and never get cleaning one day"

"The state of the room was terrible , it was dusty the sheets had stains on them , room had a funny smell , shower curtain was stained and looked dirty , the bath tub was discolored and the wall paper look like it had dried water stains . The phone in the room was not plugged in , lamps were rusted and some shades were broken . I requested house keeping they didn’t show up , I had to go to the front desk to ask what happened so they sent someone to clean the room at 8:35 pm . The person came did a quick wipe , I had to ask for the sheets to be changed , clean towels and rags . The vacuum didn’t work so she used a broom which didn’t help much . I asked for plastic bags to remove the garbage and dirty linings from the room I was told to wait until the manager Mani Khela come in , the front desk person didn’t know where bags are kept . The iron was rusted on the bottom and when plugged in gave off an odor . I stayed 3 nights and everyday was the same issue, with the state of the room I was afraid to go to the breakfast area , so I ate out everyday . Nothing they advertised on their website is accurate. I fully regret staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . I want a refund for my stay which was a terrible experience."

"Got to the property and each guest has to wait outside. The guy at the front desk comes unlocks the door takes your information goes back inside and locks door again then brings it back and has you sign everything outside. I've never been to a hotel like this. The booking was for 2 guests. The door was very hard to open. Only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Lighting was poor. Just one on wall no lamps. Bed was terrible felt springs as soon as you sat on it. Didn't even have a small fridge. We ended up leaving that same night and went somewhere else."
