The network has been disconnected，我订的一张大床只有1.5。而且只有靠近电梯，The staff told me that all gueen rooms are close to the elevator, and changing rooms is also on other floors close to the elevator. My reservation is non-refundable. So no refund.

All staff members were respectful, courteous, and kind. The hotel is clean. However, upgrades/renovations are badly needed. The room was very spacious, but the tiny bathroom didn't even have space to hang towels. It is super small with thick paint (walls painted over and over) peeling off. There was barely room to turn around in the bathroom. I recommend renovating and using some of the useless space in the room for bathroom space. And also, not having a night club attached to the hotel. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate all guests. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the attendant was courteous. The bed was really comfortable! Overall, not a bad stay. I do not care to stay again unless the night club is gone and renovations have been completed.

It did the trick to have a place to stay for the night but don’t expect anything more than that. I’ve seen worse but it’s nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is very limited so if you have a truck and trailer you might want to find something else.

Room was disgustingly dirty and felt unsafe as the door jam looked as if it had been opened with a crowbar more than once. Parking was sketchy with a restaurant that had bars on the windows only open on certain nights. I had to contact to try to get a new hotel all they told me was that they talked to the hotel and they guaranteed them it would be fixed I returned to the desk and the lady screamed at me you could have just told me. The linens were dirty the bathroom was mildew stained, there was no water pressure. Horrible hotel

I had a great stay the staff were amazing!! The breakfast could have been better and the cleaning in the rooms as well. My family of four and our dog stayed for 1 night since we had a car accident in the middle of our road trip and needed to end our night. Booked at 9 arrived at 10.... im grateful.

Breakfast was always served promptly, and the staff were quite friendly. That is where the positive side of this review ends. The condition of the site is quite poor. peeling paint everywhere, painter tap left along elevators and ice machine area. The door to the room didn't close properly and had an air gap that made the locking mechanism visible from the outside. The bathroom mirror was hung crooked and not properly mounted to the wall. There was chipped/peeling paint on all of the bathroom walls. Water pressure was bad, honestly, I feel bad saying all this, but I don't think other people should have to experience this.

Staff were very openly rude about guests when they didn’t think people were listening. Language used was often inappropriate, Another staff member today (the 29th)s morning shuttle driver nearly let a door slam on a guest I had to catch it for her, she was elderly. Many of the employees seemed angry to have to do their jobs. Miss Rose was a stand out however. Got me a fork when my DoorDash didn’t have one. The room itself was clean and well maintained, no signs point to vending being on the second floor. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel.

The biggest bonus of this hotel are the free airport shuttle, the coffee, the breakfast, the full-size bathroom toiletries, the free off street parking, free Wi-Fi, and the quiet neighborhood despite the fire station right next door. They have made many obvious updates. However, the rooms are fairly dirty and the common rooms more clean. There was something spilled on the mattress frame, the back of the desk chair, two places on the walls, the TV looked to have a sticky liquid splattered on it and our bathroom floor had lots of hair. We did not use our shower because of the questioned cleanliness including the hair and dry water spots at the base of the doors. We did not have any extra time to be switching rooms during our short 36 hour stay. Fortunately the bed and bath linens were clean so we made due.
