I've stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is heated, the exercise room is great, the game room is fun, breakfast is good, they even have a basketball court and a pond with a gazebo.

I didn’t get the breakfast but it was a very nice stay. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean. And it was the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that I never heard anyone overnight or in the morning: nice and quiet! Wish the restaurant onsite delivered to the rooms. Would stay again. My one complaint was the HVAC unit in my room was really loud when it came on.

Very nice beds are comfortable place is relatively clean few things could be tweaked such as the water taps and shower heads in the rooms and the ac noises but overall we had a nice and comfortable stay

We found it to be one of the best hotels ever in our travels, and my wife was an American Airlines flight attendant for 40 years! The facility was clean and beautiful and the staff was very, very personable and helpful. It was the best breakfast setup I have ever witnessed.

The hotel breakfast was wonderful, facilities were clean and love the arcade room, weight room, and pool. Some of the arcade games were not working, which I wish were fixed as the grandchildren wanted to play other than that I loved the visit and would stay there again.

They were very accomandating to my situation allowing me to check in early. The complimentary breakfast was more than the usual pasteries and fruit. There were pancakes and waffles (make your own), scrambled eggs sausage and made to order omelets

Our stay for a local tournament was wonderful - this hotel was a great find. Central to shopping and restaurants. The room was immaculate and comfy, the staff were very welcoming and the outside grounds were great for the younger hockey players from other teams to get the energy out. That being said - it was very quiet too! Will definitely save this one to our list for hotels. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel has been updated with clean, large, well appointed and equipped rooms. The breakfast had a good variety including fruit, yogurt and other jealthy options. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The locaation was ideal, close to transportation, local stores and restaurants & Wawa was around the corner. Based on our 5 day stay I would highly recommend the Best Western in Concordville.

I have been staying at the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel while visiting my mother who lives close by. This hotel is a cut above the rest. Extremely clean, large comfortable rooms and an above average breakfast buffet.
