My family and just stayed at this hotel for a week. After the 2nd day, the air conditioner stopped working, which made it difficult to sleep. I let the front desk know about this issue as soon as we realized it to be a problem. We unfortunately didn't travel to Philadelphia to sit in a hotel room to be sure everything was working correctly. The phone in the room does not work correctly, we let the front desk know. They sent their maintenance man up to our room, my wife explained to him how the phone wasn't working and his response was “It's not my problem”. His tone is very aggressive, hostile, and flat-out rude. The next issue we had was the AC stopped working and I woke up at 3:24 am with sweat rings on my shirt. I went to let the front desk know and the lady told me she would move my family and me in the morning. The next morning I went to find out what time and to what room we would be moved to. A different woman informed me they'd need to send their maintenance man to fix the AC. They let their guy know who immediately loses his mind because no one told him. He came to the room to scrap ice off the AC unit like that was the fix. Deshaun, the GM, moved us rooms and we thought all was well. However my family and I were harassed by their maintenance man for an additional 2 days until we left. This guy lives there on the 2nd floor and is always around to be a nuisance and harass you. I would not stay here again as long has this guy lives there and employed there.
