"It was advertised as a charming room with a view of a Japanese garden and koi pond. We found it no better than a low budget motel with a poorly maintained pond and a dead fish floating in it. The "kitchen" was adequate with a small counter set much too high, a tiny coffee maker, microwave and a mini fridge. There was an ice tray provided in the refrigerator but was useless because it leaked through multiple cracks. The shower also had a large buildup of hair in the drain cover."

"It was nice surprise, clean newly renovated room, no tv and Kleenex in room. Have referarator, sleep sound machine, defuser and ac. Good place to chill."

"We stayed here for two nights. Boy, was the room outdated and wallpaper is pealing. Iron is leaking. Body wash bottle was completely empty. Hairdryer - barely worked. We checked in 4 people and there were only two towels. We had do go to the lobby twice to request towels. During our stay that only had buffet style breakfast and dinner - which was way overpriced. We are not big eaters and were hopping for small breakfast. Our room was ocean view (which we paid extra for), it was not good - ocean with a side of really outdated roof from restaurant bellow. Parking was extremely hard to find. We had a disabled parking permit and there were just a few spots. We had to park on the parking spot near the little shop, even that, it was playing musical chairs waiting for car to pull out so we can get one. I specifically picked this hotel for higher $$$ hoping our stay would’ve more enjoyable. Unfortunately just a two things were good - location and decent mattresses. :("
