「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back.」

「Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.」

「Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The shuttle service around the resort was fabulous. Room was as very comfortable with a lot of useful storage. The only downside is that the spa area and pool were a little small and tired with nowhere to really lounge by the pool. The rest of the amenities overwhelmingly made up for that aspect. Will certainly return! 」

「Absolutely wonderful staff. Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. Easy as asking for the robes and slippers and you ca use it as much as you’d like. Only thing, I wish...

「從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)」
