「Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber extrem kalt. Wie wir am nächsten Tag herausfanden, gab es im ganzen Haus Probleme mit der Heizung. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass man nicht proaktiv darüber informiert wurde. Zusatzdecken mussten wir anfragen, wir wurden nicht selbstständig zusätzlich ausgerüstet. Ausserdem war die Fensterschliessung in unserem Zimmer defekt, die Fenster und der Balkonzugang dichteten nicht gut ab, was zusätzlich sehr kalt machte. Für den bezahlten Preis wäre wirklich eine bessere...

「Nous avons été ravie durant notre passage a Varzo. Cette établissement est très bien ! La chambre est légèrement petite. Le petit déjeuner était super, tout est fait mais, un vrai régal ! 「We found this hotel via the app, and figured we’d take little detour to get there. This ”little detour” was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama. When we finally arrived in the little village, we got an eerie feeling of being on the set of ”Deliverance”. Do they even have electricity here? Did I hear a banjo playing from the woods? Is this our final destination? All that...

「Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...

「Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!」
