「The room is clean and spacious, however we are very disappointed that the staff were not attentive and the pub was understaff in the morning. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to order and there was only one waiteress serving. We couldn’t be bothered and had breakfast somewhere else.」

「Hotel is not at the town center but it's a tram at the New Street Sation to hotel, only take few minutes time, very conventient. Very quiet around the hotel, it's a very nice stay. Only few restaurant near the hotel but all very nice, especially The Church, it provide New Orlead's food. Receptionist are very helpful and very nice. Buffet breakfast is good.」

「The gentleman on reception on the night of 5th July was very friendly and welcoming and was keen to engage in conversation which was nice. We were worried about checking in after the allotted time due to a concert which finished late but this was of no issue whatsoever. He advised us that unfortunately no food was served there but pointed us in the direction of a nearby takeaway. As we didnt arrive until 1.30am we literally just used to room to sleep, which I did very easily. The double private...

「Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality 」

「This property should be taken off the site, the owner never showed up to allow access to the property, no email. I was left with two children and my wife wondering what to do. The support line was unresponsive and I had to book from another site. 」
