「Hotel is not at the town center but it's a tram at the New Street Sation to hotel, only take few minutes time, very conventient. Very quiet around the hotel, it's a very nice stay. Only few restaurant near the hotel but all very nice, especially The Church, it provide New Orlead's food. Receptionist are very helpful and very nice. Buffet breakfast is good.」

「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match. The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them. I asked the staff when do...

「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」
