「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「We stayed here for its proximity to the US consulate. We loved this little hotel! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the rooftop because of the pool and the view. They serve a continental breakfast every morning which is great because you don't have to go out. Theere are several homeless people around the hotel which can be scary at night. If you're going to the consulate, there is an alley right next to the hotel that you can take and it cuts the travel time down. I...

「酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。」

「Lo primero y más importante es el excelente servicio al cliente. Gracias a Rafael, Ebiele, Solange, Adilson y a todo el staff que me hicieron sentir en casa y en familia. Mi estadia fue de 14 días. .El desayuno muy bueno y completo. .La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, .Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a 2 calles de la playa, una zona llena de comercio( restaurantes, bares, etc.) muy seguro y con mucha presencia de la policía. Recomiendo este hotel 100% y espero poder volver pronto. 」
