Great stay for a week.

The check in and subsequent support from the reception was really excellent. All of them spoke good English too. Only thing was that our room cards stopped working every day. Great room and view and balcony. Very nice breakfast as well. All there also very nice and friendly.

During the check in we have heard the people working at the check in counter complaining and laughing about other guests in front of us, no problem with that if they had done it privately and not in front of us. The hotel is ok, room is not big but good for a couple. Breakfast also good, parking included also a plus.

Very last minute booking

It was very last minute booking the apartment itself was nice, clean the decor abit dated in places lovely big sofa and adequate size kitchen. My concern was that I was not able to get the tv channels and cable tv system to work.

Promenade is a pretty hotel located in a newer office area. While there are many empty stores around the hotel and the streets within the complex are empty, it seems to be a safe area. The staff was courteous and helpful and there was an attentious life guard in the pool, making it a great option for my kids. The only two things I would make a suggestion for improvement, would be: 1. the trash can in the bathroom: a rotating lid is not the most sanitary option to deposit used toilet paper 2. Maybe putting coffe in the room for guests to use in the nice coffee pot they already have in there! Thanks for a great stay!

A experiência começou bem mal, com um processo de check in que levou 40 minutos (e olha que chegamos no hotel às 20h)! O hóspede chega cansado de uma longa viagem e precisa passar todo esse tempo de pé, sem banheiro ou bebedouro na recepção, até que o lento check in seja concluído. O café da manhã foi totalmente sem graça... Pão de queijo murcho, bolos sem sabor, pouca variedade. Não havia nada de gostoso. Sobre as acomodações: era possível ouvir tudo o que conversavam no quarto ao lado. O aparelho de ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que me acordou várias vezes ao longo da noite. O chão não havia sido bem limpo. Ainda bem que nossa estadia foi de apenas uma noite. As paredes e o teto do banheiro estavam repletos de mofo!

Confortável e espaçoso

O hotel é ok, serviu bem, pois bem próximo ao local do show que nossas filhas foram, contudo, para turismo exclusivamente, talvez não seja o ideal, pois é bem distante de tudo, mas tem terminais de transporte público bem próximos e vários comércios e centros de compras também. Quarto grande e confortável, equipe gentil e prestativa, tivemos dois probleminhas que relatamos e foram prontamente solucionados. Café da manhã mediano, mas atende bem e fazem omeletes e beju a pedidos

Ja fiquei nesse hotel diversas vezes. Mas alguns quartos, necessitam de manutenção. Ficamos em um quarto, dessa vez, e a cama estava bem ruim. Parecia ter um desnível no meio e ficavamos meio tortos em direcao ao meio. Muito desconfortavel.
