「Really good location for my business trip. Big shopping mall just right next to hotel. Can go there on foot not more than 5 mins. However, if you are beach lover, this hotel is not that close to it . Room was clean and breakfast was great. Will stay again in the future 」

「Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício. O recepcionista que nos recebeu foi bem atencioso. Na recepção é possivel comprar algumas bebidas e snaks e o quarto conta com um frigobar. O que ajuda muito pois o quarto não conta com interfone, o que nos deu medo de pedir Ifood. Porém o hotel é bem localizado e na frente do Norte Shopping, que conta com ótimas opções de comida, alem de farmacias e um Carrefour.」

「The location of the hotel in the more local part of the city allowed for a more chill and authentic feel in Lapa. Plently of food, bars, and nighlife options were available next to the hotel. Staff was attentive and very helpful along with a beautiful property. 」

「Tive um pequeno problema no quarto que estava hospedado. Falei com o responsável na recepção e fui prontamente atendido. Ofereceu uma suíte com hidromassagem, sem questionar o fato ocorrido no quarto que estava hospedado. Um gesto elogiável ao atendente da recepção. Fiquei muito satisfeito com a solução. 「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」
