I had to do an overnight at the airport and it was an easy, clean, and friendly experience. I’d recommend if anyone needs a quick place to rest your head.

Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport.

Stayed here one night before our flight. Good price for so-so hotel, especially the bathroom was really not clean. The location is terrible and dangerous, full of homeles people in the streets, for sure mot a place to spend holiday. But for overnight connection is OK

We booked this hotel for a quick layover. The walk to the hotel is very sketchy and you feel unsafe. They are hundreds of homeless people outside. There are not towels in the rooms and after walking back down to the reception the staff was very annoyed by us asking for a towel ?! The room is not very clean or nice.

We asked for a high up room...got 3rd floor. Only one towel for 2 guests, so we had to ring reception but we had to go down to sort it out after just arriving. They shut down the entry card, so we were locked out of our room, again we had to go to reception to sort it out! Bathroom ran out of gel in the shower, so not checked or refilled. I normally scrimp on hotels, (We got a room in Sao Paulo, breakfast and room service for 4 nights for half of what we paid for Ibis 2 nights!!) This time paid for a rubbish service at the Ibis...not again ever.

La colazione aveva davvero poca scelta e i prodotti non erano invitanti. Stanza in fondo al corridoio dove il wifi non prendeva. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno accettabile, ma in una struttura completamente anonima.

Crítica construtiva. Hotel bem localizado

Fiquei hospedado ano passado e agora também e achei que em 1 ano o hotel caiu um pouco em qualidade na questão conforto da cama e limpeza do quarto. Colchão duro e banheiro com fios de cabelos provavelmente do hóspede anterior, fora o cheiro de cigarro no corredor do andar que foi devidamente relatado na recepção do hotel. Atendimento dos funcionários em geral é nota 10! O hotel tem uma excelente localização, ao lado do aeroporto Santos Dumont e região central que eram pontos do meu interesse e por isso, valeu a pena. Espero que este comentário possa fazer ajudar a melhorar a qualidade do hotel.
