Hotel tem tudo próximo e funcionários muito educado, o grande problema é a falta de assistência para os hóspedes, precisei de uma colher falaram q não podia emprestar, precisei de uma coberta pq a noite estava muito frio falaram q não tinha como emprestar.... Não tem um funcionário para esse tipo de suporte durante a noite....

Infelismente reservei um quarto errado 2 camas dr solteiro e banheiro fora do quarto a recpcao disse que nao poderia trocar pois nao tinha quarto do meu Perfil disponivel so que depois pequisando no Hotel.com vi que existia 4 quartos disponivel e ainda era meu aniversario e ja fiquei Hospodedo no Hotel outras vezes por isto dei preferencia a ele ( o ar condicionado fazia barulho igual helicoptero a tv imagem ruim a porta do banheiro nao fechava por demtro depois trocaram o ar condicionado e ele tambem apresenteou problemas ( infelismente esta vez foi so decpcao nao sei se volto mais ( pois a recepcao poderia ter me trocado de quarto mesmo se eu tivesse que pagar a difenca

Fiquei em um apto com banheiro privativo extermo. Havia um outro naesma condiçao. O banheiroi era otimo, mas era inconveniente. Muito barulho de portas de apt e banheiro o tempo todo. A TV aberta em pessima sintonia. Quiz assistir á um jornal, mas era impraticavel. . Cafe da manhá bom. Localizaçao boa. Piscina boa.
