Hotel tem tudo próximo e funcionários muito educado, o grande problema é a falta de assistência para os hóspedes, precisei de uma colher falaram q não podia emprestar, precisei de uma coberta pq a noite estava muito frio falaram q não tinha como emprestar.... Não tem um funcionário para esse tipo de suporte durante a noite....

Adorei a estadia

Atendimento ótimo, foram super educados e prestativos. Chegamos bem antes do check in e deixaram guardar nossas coisas enquanto saímos para almoçar. Precisei de ferro de passar e arrumaram pra mim. A localização é ótima pra sair e chegar, me senti segura! Banho ótimo, cama confortável. Fiquei no 2º andar, teve um pouco de barulho mas nada que impedia o sono. Café da manhã simples, com o essencial. Com toda certeza voltarei!

O Hotel é funcional mas o serviço da recepção é muito lento. São poucos funcionários para tanta demanda. Os elevadores só podem levar 2 hóspedes por vez, o que é complicado caso esteja em um grupo grande ou com muitas malas.

Bem Razoável

O hotel é muito limpo, super organizado! Porém a questão do atendimento é bem fraco,café da manhã até bom se não fosse pelos pão francês provavelmente do dia anterior! A televisão é um problema tbm porque não tem tv a cabo, está lá só de enfeite, e pelo fato de não ter janelas com proteção acústica o barulho da rua é algo bem surreal !

Eu reservei cama de casal, eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. A tv simplesmente não funcionava. Veio alguém vê, quando funcionou a imagem com chuviscos só a globo , outro canal só barulho. Foi decepcionante. O café da manhã as pães estavam duros, porém os demais estavam bons como frutas etc. Os funcionários prestativos . Apesar de ser um preço bom. Não vale a pena .

A minha estadia foi maravilhosa, nota 10 em tudo, desde a recepção e presteza que tive desde o início ao final da hospedagem, destaco e deixo meu imenso agradecimento para os recepcionistas CAUÃ e DAIANE, que inclusive agradeço imensamente a disponibilidade que tiveram comigo, quando deixei o hotel e esqueci do meu único agasalho, e prontamente fizeram de tudo para que chegasse até o aeroporto Santos Dumont, através de entregado de aplicativo. A estadia foi ótima, as instalações são bem cuidadas, a localização é muito boa, porém estamos no centro então as ruas são movimentadas, tem frigobar nobquarto que eu fiquei, facilitando levar algo para gelar, o que podia melhorar é acessibilidade para ir da recepção para o quarto que eu fiquei, mas nada que não se dê um jeito, eu falaria para melhorar os canais de tv e a televisão, porém no geral eu gostei muito e pretendo voltar mais vezes. Ah a área da piscina é boa!

Tive um excelente atendimento e estadia no Hotel Monte Alegre, na rua do Riachuelo na Lapa. Café da manhã completo e bem servido. Quarto bem limpo e organizado. Único porém é que o hotel não disponibiliza nada no frigobar. Mas, o hóspede pode comprar o que precisar nos ótimos mercados que tem em frente ao hotel e deixar no frigobar. Certamente voltarei a ficar hospedado mais vezes. Estão de parabéns!
