「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by.
However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「Very helpful staff. Room was clean and everything worked. Linen and towels very clean like new.
Check in was smooth and well explained. We arrived early but was offered a room without us asking. Helpful to look after luggage after we checked out so we could continue exploring.
Enjoyable stay and with no drama」

「We loved the location as it’s super central to everything important to us. The bed was disappointing for us - it wasn’t comfortable and the sheets were incredibly loud with every move. We stayed for 3 nights and had really hard time sleeping well. The superior room was a bit too small for our liking - wish we hadn’t downgraded from the suite. I would be happy to try again in a suite.
The shower was amazing although small. The room was nicely updated.
Parking was a bit tricky to figure out but...

「Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger
Flow but temperature easily adjustable.
Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine.
Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.」
