"Room was standard, but as expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, showers were a bit small. Loved the pool and rooftop bar for mid day. On-site Laundry was a bonus! Staff was very friendly!"

"The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The views of the city were amazing as well as the location right on the Arno near Ponte Vecchio. The ONLY complaint I would give is the size of the shower in our room- too small, but that’s just being very picky"

"The indoor pool was undergoing maintenance and the outdoor pool closed at 7, not the 10pm advertised in the hostel’s messages after checking in. The restaurant advertises itself online as being flexible for gluten free/ vegetarian/ vegan. When sitting down and asking, nothing was completely gluten free and only the three meat dishes and one pasta dish could be made gluten free. We ate elsewhere. Clean rooms and friendly staff, good for a basic hostel stay. Air conditioning in the rooms, however it is very loud (might just be an issue in the room we stayed in). Great location for the train station."

"The room, breakfast and front counter staff were excellent. Overall was a nice experience. there was a wedding in the courtyard patio area during our stay on the first night and we couldn’t enjoy certain areas of the property. We would have liked to have been made aware of that. Instead of stumbling into their party and told it was private. Both men and the lady at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. As well as the morning breakfast lady."

"Fantastic location, walking distance to all attractions. 24 hours front desk receptionists were one nicer than the other, especially Nino and Simone. Room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. Breakfast was good and Karima, the host/waitress was treating guests like they were in a high class restaurant, loved her. All staff were super nice and helpful. In our two weeks vacation in Italy, this hotel was the best in everything. Just to know the hotel is old which gives it its own charm but the air condition worked great, they were two elevators, our room was somewhat remodeled and very clean. The only suggestion is the bathrooms especially the bathtub could be remodeled."
