「Room was nice. Fulvio at the reception was super charming and helpful throughout the stay. They included a gratis bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. Central to everything we needed; we could just walk right from the guest house.」

Right next to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Museum, blocks from the Duomo and a seemingly endless choice of restaurants. I stayed for one night in a really cute little room. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」
「Basic breakfast but good coffee and eggs! Front desk was wonderful, we were there for a wedding and my spouse already left since they were in the wedding - I needed help zipping up my dress and they were so helpful and sweet. Everything they did was top notch. Rooms a little dated but clean and bathrooms were updated. Noise level was fantastic, couldn’t hear anything outside 」

But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep.
The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold
