La Maison du Sage’s staff greeted us on arrival, and escorted us to our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has an upscale feeling, despite the vacant neighboring building. Everything was walkable from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located hotel walking distance to most attractions in Florence. Room is spacious and clean, with amazing staffs. Only downside is reception only open certain hours but not an issue for us.

We stayed in the family suite, which was amazing! Even better than the pictures!! Super spacious with a large entryway and living room. It had old historic charm with completely new and modern updates. Full size fridge, dishwasher, oven, range, and air conditioning.

The room and staff were excellent. We were in the wonderful Jr. Suite which was spacious, had a very comfortable bed (difficult to find in Italy!) and we were able to log in and watch Netflix on a cold rainy dark day. Unfortunately, on Christmas night, there was a party in the alley beneath our windows. They were very loud, and the sound echoed very loudly up into our room. They carried on well past 2AM. I had to wear earplugs to try to sleep, but my poor husband was up and wide awake until after 3AM. He was tired and was upset that we booked this beautiful room, and yet got no sleep.
