The bathroom door is literally falling off the henges. It look like there was a full blown out fight inside that room and no staff has taken responsibility to fix the room. "

"The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me to a kingsize bed but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was nice and the shower as well. I paid 600 for that room and i feel somewhat cheated. My heat was also not working properly. The room was freezing at times. I wouldn't return. That continental breakfast which was really just a snackbar with coffee was a joke."
