"We selected this hotel for the proximity & view to London’s Tower Bridge. It didn’t disappoint. What did disappoint was the state of the hotel. It felt rundown & not quite up to date. Location - excellent, service & condition - could be better."

"This is a very pleasant hotel. The check in process was very easy although they do require photo ID. They were able to check us in 90 minutes early too. The room was OK. It was a Superior Queen size and actually a lot smaller than I expected. There was also a cot and nappy bin which we hadn't requested so had to get this removed. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows and the room is well lit with plenty of power points. The shower is also good. Breakfast was first class. There are only three lifts so allow for a long wait when coming or going. Overall I would stay here again."
