「Fantastic place ! excellent service and breakfast 」

「Loved it!」

「With security guard in the main entrance provided extra security. Nearby have supermarket and restaurants.」

「Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...

「I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one...

「Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose...

「Beautiful old pub right in the centre of Greenwich. Really comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Perfect.」

「Some random thoughts: 1) Someone's hair easily spotted all over the bathroom's white walls when we checked in. Told front desk ( later with photos taken at the scene when repeated requests to clean them were futile ) as well as left notes to housekeeping yet the strands were never removed. 2) No green tea sachets and was bluntly told " we don't have green tea ". This is Marriott! 3) Telly not working properly and later fixed; cracked walls along doorframes with paint worn off. 4) Housekeeping...

「It was one of the most horrible experience ever for me, because when I arrived at the hotel late at night in Nov/02, I could not go into the hotel, as the entrance was locked. I tried to ring someone up inside the hotel by door-bell (inter-phone installed outside the entrance), but the inter-phone was out of order and didn’t work at all. No one inside the hotel received me, and I had been deserted alone and chilled outside for about 15 minutes. Fortunately, service staff of apartment house just...
