On arrival the lady on the desk asked that both myself and my wife produce ID. My wife didnt have ID on her but the lady on the reception at first was not very helpful, she told me that no ID is a problem. It had to be a Gov issue ID. After 5 minutes of my wife scrolling through her photos on her phone looking for something, i went to the desk to complain and then the hostess told me to search in photos for passport which sorted the issue. She should have just said straight away rather then make us stress about it in the 1st instance. Only other issue was the coutch in the room. The legs were bent and ready to snap so we decided not to sit on it incase it broke and we got the blame thus loosing the deposit. We did report this to the reception on the way out for the night but it wasnt resolved when we got back. Breakfast in the morning was self service buffet and was great. My wife is quite fussy and was not that pleased but i think she just preferes her own cooking. I had x2 croissants with nutella & Jam. A taste Continental sausage and fried eggs. Lovely.

Loved Limehouse Library Hotel !! Very quirky, with plants and pictures everywhere. The themed rooms were fun... we were in Marie Curie, complete with radioactive symbols over the bed and a copy of "Lessons in Chemistry" on the bedside table 😂. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good with loads of choice at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.

I feel like the description given of the room was not very accurate. It was a pretty small room for the price paid. However the staff was exceptional. Due to trouble getting our rental car we were late to check out and they were very gracious and kind. The food at the restuarante is delicious as well. For us it wasn't a very convenient area to access things. However that is my fault for not checking the area better.

The room was so cosy and spotless!! The staff were super nice and friendly too. There was complementary tea, coffee and water and an additional minibar option in there. The decor in the hotel was unique too, I would definitely stay again!

Hyvä monipuolinen aamiainen. Englantilaisen aamiasen lisäksi tarjolla oli monipuolisesti tuoreita hedelmiä. Harmi ettei tarjolla ollut makeaa pientä leivosta tms. Siisti lämmin huone. Hyvä suihku. Sänky ok. Televisio pieni ja sijoitettu tässä huoneessa hieman liian kauaksi. Lähin metro kävelymatkan päässä. Kokonaisuutena voi suositella.

The hotel offered real character, unlike many chain hotels with no personality. The staff were so kind and attentive, and we enjoyed the sauna and hammam facilities, along with the delicious breakfast. Hazal, at reception was wonderful too, we will recommend this to our friends.

A beautiful, quirky hotel with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in London. DLR station is a 5 minute walk away, as is a Tesco Express. We used the DLR to access the tube to travel all round central London and an uber (due ti rain) to take us to Canary Wharf for a night out. We stayed in the John Passmore Edwards’ room which was tastefully decorated. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We forgot our swimwear so didn’t use the spa facilities. Would 100% stay again.

Nice quirky hotel with a difference. Good location. Very clean and everything was provided. Had some nice bar areas, it's just a shame they were such a rip off or we would have used them more. Fine I expect to pay £8 a pint in a london hotel bar but £2 service charge just to pour 2 pints is ridiculous. No wonder they were empty!!!

Overall great first visit to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel theme was fun and quirky. There were so many little hidden gems I did not have time to explore. My room was just right. Clean, spacious and had the amenities I needed. Again, the theme of each room was a nice touch. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Qwerky hotel, and the rooms are nicely decorated. However, I was unfortunate enough to have the DLR running every minute or so, less than 10m from my bed. This totally rules out sleeping except between about 1am and 5am. And just a note on the spa. Telling guests that they had to book spa treatments at least 24 hours before arrival AFTER they have arrived kind of rules that out as well. Maybe mention it in the pre-arival email. Speaking of which - you might also consider the tone of this email. Threatening guests with forfeiting their entire credit card block if they, “act against our policies” (whatever they are) is perhaps not the most welcoming thing you can do. What exactly does this mean? Checking out 5 minutes late? Not leaving the bed made up?? Probably won’t stay here again.
