"We had already stayed at The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney and wanted to see what the experience was like in Singapore. We were not disappointed as the hotel and all the staff we met were exceptional."

The handbasin was in the main room with no towel rail. Our room was on the 18th floor , so good views but near lifts so constant noise from elevator motors making it hard to sleep. Breakfast had a great selection and the pool was excellent."

"Front desk staff was not very helpful, just seemed to go through the motions and put minimal effort into accommodating our stay. Bellman was very helpful but the front desk reception was mediocre. Also there was loud maintenance above or near our room that woke us up and disturbed our sleep, and no offer to apologize or make up for the inconvenience."

"This hotel was nice and convenient, but not as interesting as the hotels we stayed in, in Vietnam. They are also much more expensive. The rooftop pool is nice annd has a great view, and they have a laundry room which is convenient. We did not eat there at all. You can walk to a lot of places from this hotel. "
