"Convenient and close to downtown. Close proximity to the unhoused but nothing that the hotel can control. Room was small but sufficient. Parking is on an outside lot about 100 metres from the hotel. "

"Wonderfully kept property. Beautiful view of the inner harbour. It’s quiet, tranquil and the Erickson wing is stunning. The restaurant and cafes were also delicious and well priced. Our trip was simply too short!"

"Absolutely nothing to complain about, the rooms are great, the amenities are great, location was great and price was excellent!!! Would definitely recommend and will stay again. "

"Clean room, beds weren’t that comfortable, feel old and need new mattresses. Biggest issue was the water heat. Had a jacuzzi tub in bedroom and wouldn’t get hot enough to have a solid bath. Notified the front desk a couple times and got a sorry that’s all it is. The rooms have their own water heaters… a couple thermostat adjustments and people could enjoy their bath"
