"We asked to change rooms when we arrived because the room overlooked the inner courtyard and restaurant rather than the ocean. There was no liquid soap in the bottle in the shower. On our 2nd and last morning at 8am I arrived for the FREE breakfast to find there was no milk. When I went to the coffee station there was no cream at all. I reported this to a staff member and he said I could check in the front office fridge. So on my own I went and discovered 6 unopened 1 litre Coffee Cream cartons and two full plastic bins of creamers. I took a couple creamers and went back and reported this to the same staff member but nothing changed. There were still 2 more FREE Breakfast hours for the many others who came after me. I was disappointed by these parts of our stay."

"Dufin Cove in Tofino is all about the view—it truly can’t be beat. The nice part is you’re still right in town, but it doesn’t feel like it. Rooms are decent but on the smaller side. One downside was no tidy-up service during our four-night stay, which would have been appreciated. On the plus side, there’s lots of parking and communication is great. Even though the office is only open 10–6, they’re easy to reach by text. Overall, a great spot for the views—just don’t expect much in terms of room size or service."

"Rooms are dated and smell on the older side but clean throughout, property well maintained. Staff friendly, pleasant surprise that the option to cook in the full kitchen and bbq was an option. No pool but a beautiful view of the ocean and harbour. Lots to do in the area "

"Staff was very helpful. My room was very quiet so had a great sleep. Hot shower. Forgot to pack my swim trunks so could not enjoy the sauna. Good location to the Wick and to downtown. Overall enjoyable. Glad they had a coffee shop inside. "
