"The Burrard is an old hotel with the feeling of a motor inn with doors opening out onto a central courtyard. Though old, it is clean and the rooms are quite complete in offering the nuances of comfort. Would not call it classy but would call it comfortable in its way "

His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience feel easy and pleasant. The hotels excellent customer service really made a positive difference, and I would gladly stay here again."
