「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Brand new hotel so everything is new and clean and the design is cool and funky. Great location right in the old city, walkable to all the main sites. Staff was super helpful with any questions or issues and with recommendations. Highly recommend!」
