「The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. 」

「I was really disappointed about the lack of access to the terrace whilst I realize it talks about the pool, not being open during the winter there was no mention of the fact that there would be nice upstairs area. In addition, cleaning and servicing of the room was a little chaotic and needs greater supervision 」

「The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Madrid-Puerta De Atocha station, and is just a walking distance to many Madrid tourist spots such as Puerta de Alcala, Royal Palace of Madrid, San Miguel Market….etc. I have had my room upgraded to a corner room, I am happy with this. Restaurants are everywhere around the hotel. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.」
