"We love Barcelo! We have stayed at several of their properties and they never disappoint. We stayed at the Valencia property and Toni (front desk staff member) was exemplary in his ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and consistently ensured our satisfaction throughout our stay. Toni extended us an upgrade without us having to ask. We will continue to make Barcelo our hotel of choice. "
