「nice clean」

「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「Perfect.」

「Great hotel which is very centrally located.」

「The property is new and very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but manageable. There was no place to put clothes other than pre-set hangers (6, I believe) attached to the walls. No drawers etc. No luggage holder. If staying a short time, no big deal but I was there for just under 2 weeks. So the luggage was open on the floor the entire time. There was also no English TV which for a longer stay was a bit annoying. Overall though, I will stay there again. Very clean, good shower,...

「VERY VERY GOOD」

「Really great location and staff were really helpful」

「Nice hotel, needs to update windows in patio doors, air con needs a service very loud. Bathroom was lovely with great shower. Bed was comfortable.」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」
