"The morning we left for the airport, we asked for a coffee. The receptionist's answer was quite disappointing. They were closed till 8 o'clock. But all she had to do was to press a button...we didn't ask for a free coffee... The room was full of ants. The breakfast quite poor, no vegetables available."
