"We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. I will be coming back and recommending to all friends and family. "

"When, not if, I go back to Alicante, I will DEFINITELY stay at the Odyssey Rooms!! Loved the modern look and feel of the hotel and rooms!! Greatly appreciated the thoughtful water and fruit in the hallways! The area is super convenient to shopping, food (Mushroom Hill), and of course THE BEACH!! Best of all, the staff were all very friendly and helpful (shoutout to Marianna!). Thanks for a wonderful time and great service!! Hope to be back soon!!"

"Absolute amazing stay with great breakfast, lovely room, great front desk and fantastic sauna. Only thing I would say is please get satellite or cable tv for UK guests, one whole week of just BBC and ITV channels was challenging and we can't stream stuff due to idiot Brexit decision."

"We stayed for four nights, it was a lovely old building. We stayed in a superior room, which was big, had a fridge with a few complimentary soft drinks and the bed was comfortable. The room was made up everyday. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was nice too. "

"We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."

"Perfect location. walkable to everything that's important and 15 min ride to the airport... amazing staff! Only issue was the shower head was extra rusty which threw me off and there was what looked like a small blood stain on the sheets."

Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the...
